Online Bidding Auctions

We sell by on-line bidding method when the sales items are in various locations throughout Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio and Wisconsin. These sales are usually posted to the GSAauctions.gov site for 7 to 15 day periods.  The property remains at its location for inspection and removal. The condition of the property is used (repairs may be required), salvage, scrap, and/or obsolete. It is often grouped together and sold in lots.

If you decide to bid, you are expected to inspect the property for any deficiencies. Successful bidders must pay for and remove the property in the specified number of days or be charged a penalty.

Removal is your responsibility; GSA will not provide shipping and handling. If you fail to pay and remove by the deadline, the Government will take action to collect damages from you of $200 or 20 percent of the purchase price, whichever is greater.
